Guys: Bulky or lean muscle?

Question:
Would you prefer to be big and have bulky muscles – the type that people sitting next to you in a cafe will turn to notice and the time the ladies will notice from a mile away?

Muscle Lean Diet.?

Question:
I was surfing the web for some diets for building lean muscles, but damn, some of them don’t go into detail yet alone provide you with some before and after pictures of the person.
This is problem, I’m 17yrs old, about 5’7, around 150, but have no clue into what diet converts my fat into lean muscle. I want to lose reduce my BMI yet still have a built structure, you know, large tits pumped chest, great bi/triceps.
I heard about high protein, low carb/ fat diets, what are some other ones. I want this to be my diet at first but I also want this to last to be my lifestyle.
Sum up my question. I want my body to look like this guys’, with a low BMI.

how do i pack on a lot of lean muscle?

I still have quite a bit of fat to lose tho…do i loose fat first than build muscle or can i do both at the same time. lol srry to side track how do i pack on lean muscle.

i weigh 254 and im 6’2. my goal is to get down to 200 and get lean

and wanted to know if I followed it, would it cause me to bulk up, or become lean? I want to develop lean muscle mass so I am not sure if they are suggesting too many repititions. If you know what you are doing, how can I modify the suggestions to develop more lean mass? Also they have 7 different sections, each targeting a different area, are they saying that each day should be spent on one of the areas, or what? What am I supposed to combine? To see their suggestion, just click on any one of them and scroll to the very bottom and there is a section titled “XYZ Training program” and has for example:

Barbell Clean and Press (do the following)
2 sets of 20 repetitions
1 set of 15 repetitions
1 set of 10 repetitions*
2 sets of 8 repetitions*
1 set of 6 repetitions**
1 set of 4 repetitions**

That seems like a lot.

What is the key to building lean rather than bulky muscle?

Question:
I am a cross country runner and so i would like to build very strong, lean, tone muscle that can give good strength (mainly upper body) but not add lots of weight and bulk that slow you down.

Will biking, at a high resistance, build up muscle or help me get lean?

Question:
The resistance I cycle at right now is 9 (1 lowest 10 highest).

I just want to get leaner legs. NOT muscular or large legs.
Would cycling at 9 for 45 minutes, almost everyday work?

So, would a lower resistance or a higher resistance be best?

Gaining Lean Muscle Mass?

Question:
I’ve lost a lot of weight and luckily weight training was a big part of my physical activity because I now have a very toned body. However, there are still some areas that I want to work on, the problem is that as i’m working on those areas I keep losing weight, which I don’t want to do. Is there any way to continue building lean muscle mass without losing weight? Or gaining weight for that matter? Is this even possible?
