Question: Well i really want to loose weight fast! Im 5ft 9 and im 14, almost 15 im a size 12 – 14 clothes but i want to be a 10 – 12 this is in british sizing, does anyone know how i cn loose Weight fast any good diets at all.. i don’t want to do anything to ridiculous because im going to have to do it in school, pleas help x
Question: I know that it is not good to lose more than 1-2 pounds a week for safe weight loss. I had a question though. If you gain 15 pounds in one month, is it safe to lose 15 pounds the next month?
I am not saying either is healthy and I know that yo-yo dieting is horrible – all “tips” aside, I have heard that the main reason you should not lose weight quickly is because your body will not have time to adjust. But if you put it on super fast (which I know is unhealthy anyway), will it greatly hurt you to lose it that fast as well?
