Free Training And Eating Program: www.buildingbodies.ca Tom, one of my clients going through two differant speed and power drills you can put into your fat loss workout routine to burn in that six pack with an extra cardio component. Great for athletes and functional muscles. We had to spend some time on changing his form after this video was shot. There are a few dangerous things he is doing on the box jumps and the cleans need a lot of changes. IE on the toes, not sitting back but these videos are shot so that I can show the form to the client so they know what they are doing wrong and from there we correct.
